The price of silver must have sky-rocketed after this amazing collection was revealed in Paris yesterday- in a move that Lagerfeld says came to him in “an electronic flash in my head at five o’clock one morning”. The long awaited couture show contains some true metallic masterpieces, with the undisputed mastery of Karl Lagerfeld as evident as ever.
Spotted: bows. On trend, feminine and- in a word- perfect.
Shining silvers were combined with pretty shapes and delicate fabrics to create a tranquil mood with a striking overtone. Bows and subtle edging were paired with embellishments, as were diamonds with limes, and baroque heels with pearl decoration to boast the lavishness of couture. Truly amazing clothes:
